Kareena Kapoor unveils her fitness regime

Bollywood's vivacious and exuberant Gen. Next girl Kareena will share her experiences working out with her personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. This outspoken girl is Yasmin's favourite star student, and says that 'she has zero tantrums.

Here are glimpses of the secrets shared by Bebo and Yasmin Karachiwala:

· Kareena admits to being a hardcore foodie, and loves gorging on Khajur, peanuts and dry fruits.
· Her fitness routine includes doing 15 pull-ups every day, 30-pound dumb bells for her arms. 250 pounds weight for her arms and 90 pounds for her back.
· Kareena joined Yasmin after her film Refugee and has lost substantial amount of weight after that.
· Yasmin describes Bebo (Kareena's pet name) as her favorite star student, and says that she has zero tantrums.
· Kareena works out almost 6 to 7 days a week, but hates going on the treadmill, because she feels that's really boring!
